3 weeks and unable to contact an account manager

Hi Folks,

We have a special contract with limited services and I am trying to contact someone to transition our account to OneRelic but it has now been 3 weeks and several attempts at reaching out via the website form, phone and even email but no one ever gets back to me.

Can someone please reach out so we can finally transition our account and are able to start using the other products!

Thanks @nmcnamara . Still waiting on that email. Any timeframe you can give me to receive that first contact?
Or just give me a phone number and I’ll call, over 3 weeks to just reach out to someone about account issues is not a great service if I can be honest.
