@partners4 I have reached out to our team and it seems the email address dfmillanes@enimbos.com is not a user registered on the actual account you’re contacting from so for security reasons, they can’t contact you from that email address. I can create another ticket from you but it will need to be through the email address attached to your @partners4 account. Sorry for any frustration caused but we do need to take measures like this across the board.
