Over the last few months, we’ve made many exciting changes to New Relic One.
In order to provide users with the newest features and enhanced identity and access management controls, New Relic will be requiring users over the next few months to set a new password.
We are notifying users of this one-time password reset via a notification email from New Relic.
To reset your password, users can also:
- Navigate to login.newrelic.com
- Click forgot password
As a reminder, New Relic will never ask for your login or personal information via email.
Once users are notified of this one-time password reset via a notification email from New Relic and have created a new password, Admins can manage their users in the User Management app.
- Head to the account dropdown
- Click User management
