Adding alerts in New Relic account based on Heroku plugin (Hawke)

i’m trying to get alerts working on few of our Heroku applications monitored by NewRelic. Our account is based on a heroku plugin and everywhere alert-related i see ‘contact your administrator’.
Looking at the ‘users and roles’ screen there are no administrators, and the ‘owner’ user is with a heroku email address.

Can someone help setting our accounts properly so I can setup alert monitoring on those applications?
