Admin account issues

I have a weird issue: When staff make requests for access to our new Relic, it posts access requests to my email address - but I’m unable to approve any requests as it says I have no rights. Yet, requests all go to my email address.

I also must click on ‘request access’ - which then goes to my account - which I can’t approve.

My profile also says ‘basic user’, but it shouldn’t be…
