Alert is not sending to email


I’ve currently setup a policy to send alert every time there’s is a failure on my Synthetics Monitor.

Synthetics Monitor:

Unfortunately, upon checking the Synthetics monitor, it looks to have triggered the condition, but I am not receiving any email. I’ve also noticed there’s no Issue that gets created when clicking on the “View Issue” link under the Condition.

Reviewing the Alert condition in question, I can see you do not have a gap filling strategy in place. For an alert condition that is using Count, you will need to implement a gap filling strategy. See this great community post written by a colleague that goes into great detail:
