Alert Policy Not Sending Channel Notifications

Hello,
We are not receiving notifications from this Alert policy: https://alerts.newrelic.com/accounts/10222/policies/34264

However, we do receive alerts from other policies.
Please Help. Thanks,

It looks like you’ve got an open incident for that policy and your roll-up strategy is set to “by policy” so you’re not going to get notifications until this very long-running incident is closed. The easiest way to do so is to turn the conditions off and back on to close all open violations.
