Alerts are not triggering to respective email_id

Hi Team,

we are not receiving any kind of alerts to the respective email_id pdxhybrissupport@ge.com though the failures to the alert conditions.

we have tested test notification to the DL as well but not triggered the alerts to the above provided email_id.Kindly check whether the DL is added under alert suppression list, if added please remove from the suppression list.
