Alerts in funnels

#1

Good morning,
I’m trying to create alerts in funnels. I’m trying to use NRLQ alert condition, and when I copy the query that I’ve used in my dashboard, I see this: “There was a problem…
An error occurred while fetching chart data. If the error persists, please contact support.” I would like to know if it is possible to create alerts in funnels and how can I do them.
Thank you very much

Patricia

Good morning, I would like to know if it is possible to create alerts in funnels when the number of users decrease from one step to another in the funnel. I'm trying do to it in NRQL query in the alert policies and when I copy the query of the funnel, I see this "There was a problem… An error occurred while fetching chart data. If the error persists, please contact support.". How can I do this? Is it possible? Thank you in advance

Patricia

Hey @carlos_it_smd! I see that you also posted the above :arrow_double_up: post which looks like a duplicate, so I merged them!

Like @Shriram.Krishnan mentioned above, it will help to see what NRQL queries you have tried successfully. Thanks—hope to hear from you soon!

Hello,
What I’m doing know is to create alets from one step to another (one by one), because I’ve read that it is not possible to create general alerts in funnel. Am I wrong?
What I’m using now is this code to calculate the ratios from one step to another and send alerts when it decreases.

SELECT filter(uniquecount(session), WHERE targetUrl =‘https://www.something/step2’) / filter(uniquecount(session), WHERE targetUrl =‘https://www.something.es/step1’) as ‘Ratio’ FROM BrowserInteraction

Do you have any recommendations? Thanks!

Hi,

I dont see an issue, I did used the exact query what you have provided, except the URL I have changed.

SELECT filter(uniquecount(session), WHERE targetUrl =‘https://www.something/step2’) / filter(uniquecount(session), WHERE targetUrl =‘https://www.something.es/step1’) as ‘Ratio’ FROM BrowserInteraction
