APM (Explorer) was not working

We did not get records for throughput, ErrorRate, ResponseTime for our services in APM between 5 AM to 6 AM UK time. Could you please share your views about this one as what was happening between this time. As of now all working fine in APM about our services.

Did you get a chance to check https://status.newrelic.com/ to see if any incidents lined up with the timing of this data missing?

If not, what language agent are you using? Could you take a look in your logs during that time to see if anything stands out?
