Applications not reporting



Our applications suddenly stopped reporting.

I am speculating this is because of the IP update?

We have already whitelisted the IPs as well as performed the URL test from within the server which returned a successful response.

What else could be wrong?

Do we need to do anything else?


@l.pinsoy While possible, if you updated your firewalls to allow the new IPs, and you have been able to test access to those URLs, I’m somewhat doubtful that the IP change is to blame here.

If possible, could you please check for any error messages you see in your New Relic Agent Logs? Let us know what you see there, we may be able to further troubleshoot with that. If not we can get you into a private support ticket to chat about this.
