As explained by this post, while my Heroku user is an admin of my team, my New Relic user is created at the “User” access level. I’d like to be made an admin so that I can manage other users.
When I try to create a support ticket for this, I get directed to the Explorers Hub:

Can I be made an admin for the following New Relic accounts?
