Asks to verify email at login


Every time I try to log in to New Relic, It asks me to verify my email address. I do, and it shows me two accounts for the same email address. One is for a recent client, and the others are my lite account and two other clients. How can I fix it so my email is for all accounts and I don’t have to verify?


@jselph Welcome to the community! :wave: Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you’ve got 2 different accounts that are associated with 2 different user records under the same email. Please try the steps outlined in the Relic Solution: Relic Solution: So you’ve created a new account and can’t seem to access your old account
