I’m trying to configure alerts for one of our apps. How do I go about getting permissions for the app? I was under the impression that Heroku app roles were mapped to New Relic roles, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Currently, the only account with access to any administrative operations is (I’m assuming) an automatically created account with the email domain @herokumanager.com. Do I need to contact someone from Heroku or is there a way for us to manage these permissions from within the New Relic UI?
