AWS CloudWatch logs can't been sent to New Relic

Follow this document: Stream logs using Kinesis Data Firehose created a kinesis delivery stream on AWS.

It is monitoring a CloudWatch log group.

On the New Relic’s Logs dashboard, it can be found the AWS Kinesis health check data. But can’t find any other data that already in the AWS CloudWatch.

However, some price data can be found. What’s it?

The created delivery stream’s IAM roles are

Where is the problem?

Only newly reporting data will be forwarded to my understanding. Logs that exist in Cloudwatch prior to configuring the ingestion lambda will not be sent to New Relic.
