Basic users not able to built and test Nerdpacks now..!

As a basic user I am trying to create and access myown Nerdlet however I am getting following error. Did anything change recently?

Local nerdpacks failed to load
You requested to load local nerdpacks for development through a query parameter, however we could not find a local server working on your machine.
Make sure you have got it working by running nr1 nerdpack:serve on your nerdpack, then reload the page. For further information, please proceed to the Development Center.

I followed these steps::

a) nr1 profiles:add --name XXXXXX --api-key XXXXX --region us
b) nr1 create --type nerdpack --name my-awesome-nerdpack
c) cd my-awesome-nerdpack && nr1 nerdpack:serve

Got messages::

And I am able to see npm running . However hitting error “Local nerdpacks failed to load” and spent a lot of time to figure out whats going on with no success.!!!

I started everything from scratch and it is working now. I am assuming there was some incorrect configuration somewhere before in my Nerdlet.
