Brief about the different subscription plans

Our new relic alerts had stopped working. Upon investigating, I can see that we are no longer subscribed to any of the subscriptions. I’m assuming NewRelic downgraded when they moved to their new pricing model.

What I’m looking for is a brief about what these subscriptions cover so that we can make a decision on what to buy.

We had a few alerts configured for our synthetic monitors. Will that data be lost if we buy the Synthetics Pro plan in order to reactivate it
