Can New Relic support change all user accounts email domain


My organization has changed names and thus all users have new email address using new domain. Can support change all my users email addresses from to ?

If not what is the best way to change all accounts?


Hey @IT-Subscriptions - I’m not sure of any way we have internally to do that. Right now I think the best option is to add all new email addresses as new users, alongside the old users, and then delete those old users once everything is in sync (ie: all of your alert notification channels point to the right people. )
