Can no longer access the main account after being added to a test/trial account

1450806 is the original account id.

3174747 is the test/trial account id.

I can only see the UI for 3174747, yet I still get SLA reports for 1450806.

Any place where I would think I’d be able to “switch accounts” only lists 3174747.

Can someone help me resolve this? Ideally I’d have access to both accounts, however, I more urgently need access to 1450806.

I also tried using the live chat but no one ever responded to me.
