Can you add a method to restrict a user account to be able to view a specific dashboard or set of hosts?

When the Servers agent was available, one of our developers created a Java Script application which one of our customers could use to view certain performance metrics of certain servers deployed for their application which we maintain in the cloud. There does not appear to be a way to do the same thing with the new Infrastructure agent so can a new feature be added so we can add a sub account to our NR account for the customer to use but where we design a dashboard or filter set of specific hosts which the NR sub account can only view with no access to any other area of our NR account?

I have been testing a method to be able to provide a web form for the customer to enter criteria e.g. server name, date and time period to view performance data for and can get the relevant JSON data returned but cannot find a way to render this into charts similar to those within NR itself.

Best regards,

Peter Dark

We take feature ideas seriously and our product managers review every one when plotting their roadmaps. However, there is no guarantee this feature will be implemented. This post ensures the idea is put on the table and discussed though. So please vote and share your extra details with our team.

Hi @peter_dark! Thank you for letting us know about what you think Infrastructure is missing that Servers did well for you. I have added a poll so that others can also vote on this!
