Cancellation of Annual New Relic Subscription

I’m reaching out to you regarding our APM-Pro Annual subscription. We would like to cancel the subscription in question and wonder how we can do it to avoid cancellation charge.

Could you please advise us regarding the time left till the end of subscription period as well as consult about further steps to be taken in this regard?
