Cannot access 'Plan Management' and account rep.'s email is returned undeliverable

When attempting to access the ‘Plan Management’ page we receive the following error message:

“An error occured while trying to load your account information. Try again, or contact your administrator or New Relic representative.”

When we emailed our account representative we received the response:

" Your message wasn’t delivered to jlaplant@newrelic.combecause the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Has our account representative left the business? Can you please let us know who our new account representative is, so that we can contact them? Thank you.
