Cannot cancel account or subscription

I would like to cancel our New Relic services, but can’t find a way to do that myself via your KB articles.

Please assist me with this.

Welcome to the New Relic community. I understand you wish to have your account deleted and subscription cancelled, I am happy to get have a case created for you. In the meantime, there are a few steps you will need to do before the deletion is complete:

Once this is done, the support team will be able to assist with removing your account.
