Cannot login from Heroku

I installed and re-installed the addon on one of our apps and when I click the Resource it will open a blank New Relic account and prompt me to add an app. The Heroku app name is clarion-dev. This works fine for other apps we have.

Furthermore, we’re paying for this addon, why do I have to post a in a forum?!
