Cannot update billing details

All attempts to change billing details (emails, name etc) end up with:
“There was an error confirming your billing details. Please try again.”
Can someone tell me what’s the problem?

Also experiencing same issue - cannot update billing details. Modal popup appears prompting me to select the verified address, I select it, click Save and then error appears:
“There was an error confirming your billing details. Please try again.”

Have tried several times (error message does say to try again), same result.

I’m also having this issue when attempting to edit the option additional billing email address.
Any clues as to why would be appreciated.

Hello Team New Relic,
I am unable to add my billing Address on my new relic account, As a result of which I am unable to claim the new relic credits.
The save address button gets disabled without ant error.
