I’m about to transfer our web site to a new party and I’d like to cancel our new relic subscription, however the “cancel my subscription” link throws an error, and I think it was something to do with a special pricing deal when it was set up. It says to open a ticket to cancel.
At support.newrelic.com I don’t have the option to open a ticket, presumably also to do with our subscription. Help, I’m stuck in a loop! How may I contact support or cancel the account please?
