Can't delete browser in the portal

when I try to delete browser I see follow message:

Do you have two browser applications with the same name?

Are you able to share replication steps? (Are you attempting to delete via the Application Settings page?)

Do you see any error messages in the developer console when attempting to delete as well? If yes, can you please share.
