Can't press continue in Kubernetes setup

In the Kubernetes setup page, I cannot click “Continue”. Please reach out to me and I can provide more details (don’t want to share that publicly).

Looking at the account associated with this email address, I noticed it doesn’t have a Infrastructure subscription:

The Kubernetes integration requires an Infrastructure Pro subscription. Your account rep will be the best resources to assist you with any subscription issues.
