Charged for my company account

I created a free account to use on my on-boarding process. After I was granted access to my organization board, I was charged for the usage in my organization’s account. I believe the problem is related to the name of my on-boarding project, that is the same as my organization project.

The New Relic system is blocking my access to my organization board, saying that I surpassed my free use limit. How can I fix this?
