Co-workers Has Two NewRelic Accounts tied to his username, and can't access either

Alright, but I’m not sure how I feel about us sharing screenshots of our dashboard pages in a public place. Is there any way we can make this discussion private?

So here’s my understanding of the situation:

  • in the login page, I see 2 accounts associated to the same email
    • the first one says “Organization XYZ - Default”
    • the second one says “Original new relic account”
  • I can login to the first acconut using my password
  • when I try to login the second one, it redirects me to the “you have multiple accounts”
    page and asks me to enter the email and I get sent an email that goes back to the
    same page

After I login to the first account, I do not see it associated to my organization,
and I see not the 2 accounts anymore.
