Completely locked out of production new relic system

Can someone please contact me for help? We enabled SAML SSO and now every user get the foolowing error: Single Sign-On authentication succeeded but no matching user exists for this account. Please contact your administrator.

This is despite all of the users already being setup. Even our “owner” user is unable to log in.

How can we get back into our account?

Hey @lka.jason.uebel - That error usually comes up when your users are in a pending state on the account.

When you enable SSO, every user will get a verification email. They CANNOT log in until they utilise the verification link in the email they receive.

Let me know if your users have verified their email accounts and still can’t log in.
