Configure the infrastructure agent

I’m trying to get log4net working with asp.net web application. Have everything installed but I don’t understand the forward your log part. Currently using IIS, on a Windows Server.

What Am I supposed to do in this directory C:\Program Files\New Relic\newrelic-infra\logging.d ?
