Delete original account license key

When I tried to delete the original account license key of our account,
I got the following the error message.

Failed to delete key
An account’s original license key cannot be deleted at this time. Please contact Support to delete this key.

I can’t contact to Ticket Inbox, because our account is Standard.
What should I do?
