Difficulty reaching the account management team

Hello, I’ve tried for the last 4 days to get in touch with somebody from the accounts team to no avail. I’ve created tickets and started chats.

I was most recently told somebody from the accounts team would contact me. I received an email from Christian asking for the best way to contact me and then never heard back from him.

Can you help me get this resolved today? Very frustrated with this experience.

I’m having the exact same problem!
Currently it have been 3 days since, the support team replied and said he would send me to the accounts team.
And still waiting.
