Django request and response body profiling

Hi,

I have a REST API which consists of a single url say xyz.com/a.
I have different vendors using them, and they put their identifier in that url like xyz.com/a?vendor_id=Alice.

Now I want to create a dashboard in newrelic to show how many times alice is hitting that url , and what are the response times for those transactions. Basically I want to profile using request body and url input params. In conventional APM monitoring, only generic transaction functions appear in dashboard.

I maybe asking a redundant question but I searched hard, and couldn’t find any related links. Need help!

Hi @prachetos.sadhukhan: You could use a custom attribute on the transaction which you could then FACET on in Insights.

The benefit of doing this is that you then remove the url filtering so the dashboard will still work if you change the domain name.
