Does the ticket inbox have a problem with Firefox?


The inbox doesn’t display in Firefox, but does in Chrome and Edge.

Hi @Larry.Collicott - We tested this but could not reproduce. Could you share your Firefox version please? We’d love to make sure you can get access to your tickets.


We’re running Firefox 60.7.0esr 64-bit


Thanks @Larry.Collicott - We had a similar report from another customer. Current thinking is that it might be a plugin or extension of some sort. Would it be possible for you to generate a HAR file from your session? You can message that to me directly via DM and I can pass to our teams.
