While we don’t work directly in e-commerce,

  1. Seven Steps for a Profitable Black Friday
    and
  2. Poll: How do you prepare for your biggest day?

reinforced (in my mind at least) the need to test, check the results, and retest.

It’s much more expensive to resolve an error than an issue (in both time spent and sales lost).
