We had a new relic infrastructure account which follows the old billing model and we would like to cancel the subscription to let go off the account. However we are being charged 250$ early termination fee which is not fair. Please let us know if there is a way out of it. We are not quite happy with paying the 250$ because New Relic changed their pricing model.
