Email account does not receive alert notifications

Hi,
Could you help us check if emails to the farmaciasperuanas.pe domain from the following account have been blocked: Account: 3049398 | Email: monitoreoplataforma@farmaciasperuanas.pe

We are having problems with sending emails that are not arriving when an alert is generated, a Tenant migration was made about a week ago which some users or groups ceased to exist for a short period of time, which may be that they were added to the platform’s black list.

Please your support to validate this block and purge from the list the emails whose domain farmaciasperuanas.pe

It looks like that email was added to our suppression list due to email attempts bouncing.

5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient monitoreoplataforma@farmaciasperuanas.pe not found by SMTP address lookup

I have removed your email address from the suppression list which should allow you to receive emails. You will need to resolve the issue to avoid having the address suppressed again. ONce the issue is resolved you can send a test message to ensure you are not added to the suppression list again.

The best way to test this is to visit the notification_channels and send a test email. More information on sending test emails can be found here .

If you do not receive any emails please let us know and we can check if you have been added to the suppression list again. If the email bounces, we should have the header available to find out the reason given for the bounce.

Additionally, we recommend you to add ‘noreply@newrelic.com’ , ‘postmaster@alerts.newrelic.com’ and ‘support@newrelic.com’ to your email filter whitelist, as well as the domain of our mailing provider *@mailer-d.newrelic.com.

We still have the same problem with the following accounts, all of them are from the domain “farmaciasperuanas.pe”

Please your support to verify if these accounts are on the suppression list.

Hello @tools37 I went ahead and went through the list of emails and removed all that were on our suppression list, their were about 5 or 6 that were and the rest were not.
