Email confirmation not working

Hi,

Im trying to confirm the email address for my account but it doesnt work. And it seems I can’t open a support ticket without confirming my email :man_facepalming:

Can someone please help?

Hey @tech62 - looking at your Outfit_1 account I see one user who is pending the email invite. I searched for that users email address in our mail logs, where I see that we have a confirmed delivery status.

a) Are you receiving the email, but facing errors with the link in that email?

  • If that is the case, please try open the link in an incognito window, there may be residual cache causing problems with that link.

b) Are you not receiving the email?

  • Can you verify the email hasn’t gone to your spam folder? I have just resent the verification email from our side here, let us know if you receive that.
