So we’re in a bit of peculiar situation. I’ve successfully enabled SAML SSO on our new relic account (we’re using original user model). The original account owner of the account was a mailing list on our account domain. With SSO enabled, that user can no longer login because it’s not a real user. As a result, it looks like we’ve accidentally removed access to the user with Account Owner rights to our New Relic account. This is exactly what was mentioned here: NewRelic Owner locked out of account with SSO-SAML enabled which sounds like we need support response to fix.
