We have noticed the error rate is showing more than 100%. As per our understanding, it is percentage of failed requests against total number of transactions. Can you please let us know why we are seeing the error rate more than 100%?
Hi @tkale, the reason why you would see an error rate go beyond 100%, is because we can report errors outside of traces that won’t count as a request. Since the page metric is based on errors/requests per minute you could have 5 external errors happen and only 2 requests come in within a minute and the rate would be 250%. Basically, if more errors are reported than transactions in the time window the result will be over 100%.
