Failed to update user-type to Full

I’ve tried to update an account to set the User-Type ti Full.
I’m able to click on the toggle, but the ‘Update user’ stays grey.

This account is the owner.

I understand you need to have the Account Owner provisioned to full. That is not a self-serve option, so I have created a ticket on your behalf to have the owner provisioned to full :slight_smile: someone will reach out to you soon!
