For Mobile APM, crashes are common issues which most of the customers 'd be facing.
Hence, i’d suggested to introduce automatic JIRA issue creation. Though we can integrate JIRA now, it doesn’t make any sense to do it manually every events. I’m sure you 'd got this same suggessions from many customers.
This will be huge value added and time saver for all.
This feature should not be restricted only to Mobile services, it should available for other services too, like Synthetics, Browser.
I hope you will incorporate this feature soon in our NewRelic
