Feature Idea: Close Incidents From Mobile App

We take feature ideas seriously and our product managers review every one when plotting their roadmaps. However, there is no guarantee this feature will be implemented. This post ensures the idea is put on the table and discussed though. So please vote and share your extra details with our team.

I have been experiencing the same issue. The last alert that I had to manually close was https://alerts.newrelic.com/accounts/879070/incidents/1029463?id=3917360

Can you try to give the manual close button a shot? Let me know if that doesn’t get this cleared for you

Manually closing will close the alert. But I should not be required to do this.

I also should be able to close an alert from the mobile app

We can put in a feature request to close incidents from the mobile app for you, if you’d like. Currently that’s not functionality but I’m sure the mobile app team would love to hear about your ideas for improve the experience.
