Feature Idea: Expected Error support (already in Java, Ruby agents)

It would be great to have the expected error configuration options from the Java & Ruby agent available for Node.js. See the expected_status_codes documentation for more information: https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/agents/java-agent/configuration/java-agent-configuration-config-file#ec-expected_status_codes

This would make it possible to use the automatic transaction naming & error detection for Node.js while avoiding false positive alerts on ApDex & error rate.
