Could you please add the ticket summary to the email notifications from Support ticketing system?
I just opened a support case and I got an email with the subject “[New Relic] Re: ticket #472021”
Could you please include the ticket summary in the email subject? For example:
“[New Relic] Re: ticket #472021 - How to add a dashboard widgets showing alerts on EMR hosts?”
This helps me find the right email thread when I have more than one support ticket open.
This would help me as a user of New Relic support.
