Feature Idea: last_reported_at for offline apps

feature-request

Current Behavior

When querying the REST API for a reporting app, the last_reported_at field is returned:

When querying the REST API for an offline, or non-reporting app, the last_reported_at field is not returned. This is the case even if I can see that the app returned data in the past via the NR APM UI.

Expected Behavior

Supplying the last_reported_at field for offline apps, even if it is empty for apps that haven’t reported for a long time (3+ months or so), would be helpful when determining which NR APM apps are in use or not.

We have many offline apps and understanding how long they have been offline for is a huge help when determining if we should delete them from our instance or not.
