High Disk I/O on Ubuntu

For over a week now, the Disk I/O has been over 90%. The graphs seem contradictory:

Hi @achan,

This is a known issue with Servers and can be resolved by doing anything that will cause a new Servers entity to be created. Try any one of the following:

  • Stop service. Delete Server. Start Service.
  • Change hostname on server. (this method will keep historical data under old hostname)
  • Change hostname in LSM config file. (this method will also keep historical data under old hostname)

Be aware that this can recur. It is caused by queries to our database to summary metrics returning incorrect values.
