How can I turn off SAML?

Hi,

We were formerly on a Pro account, and now aren’t (if I understand it correctly) - but cannot turn off SAML because we don’t have access to the SAML area anymore (because it’s only for Pro accounts).

Anyone know how to do this? Support?
